Morning pick up
at your hotel. A drive over the Sarasin Bridge to the mainland.
We will stop for a traditional old style coffee break. Enjoy
the Khao Lak scenic route along the Andaman Sea.
  We
stop at an Elephant Camp. Watch as the "Mahout" directs
the gentle elephant to the tree platform for "Saddling".
Take your seat. With the mahout riding on the neck to steer
the "Jumbo Taxi" you are starting a one hour Elephant
Trek through the Jungle. Trek the natural, unspoiled Rainforest.
Towards the end of
this trek your elephant will choose a flowing stream as a walkway
to cool his lower legs. After disembarking your elephant you
may reward it by feeding it some "hands of Bananas"Feel
the gentleness of the elephant’s trunk as he takes the fruit
out of your hand.
This ride on an elephant
in the unspoiled forest environment will never be forgotten.
A short drive to
Khao Sok
Enjoy a delicious
Thai (NOT spicy) lunch in a very ECO friendly restaurant environment.
Visit and check out
the simple bungalow-style accommodation: Western Toilet (a treat),
beds with mosquito netting, oil lamps for illumination. Simple
yet safe.

A very short drive
after lunch will take you to a river bridge.
Here you will start
an incredible journey. You choose:
- Kayak with paddling
guide or
- Bamboo Raft with
two rafting guides.
 
Choose, settle down
in your seat with camera ready. Experience the 10 km, two hour
long journey on the river through the jungle.- A Land That Time
Forgot -.Limestone formations, visually spectacular landforms
appear on the river’s side. Massive fallen trees in the river
need careful navigation by your experienced river guides. Listen
to the sounds of animals, birds, and insects serenading you
on this journey. A multitude of trees, plants, and flowers present
a vivid array of natural beauty.
Enjoy the green immensity
of the Rainforest as you travel in silence along the pristine
river. Discover wildlife never seen before in its natural habitat.
Your photos will become treasures.
You will feel "renewed
with love for nature" when this river journey finally does
come to an end.

Now comes the unwanted
part: your return trip back to Phuket with a coffee/restroom
break en route.
We can see from
your faces that you have enjoyed a very special day with Mother
Nature and her spectacular unspoiled environment!!

After checking into
your bungalow/enjoying lunch: your guide will lead the Jungle Trek
to Hua Red Waterfall, approx. 100 minutes.
 This
Jungle Trek, easily managed by novices, will place you into
the immensity of this Rainforest. Endless variations of greenery
will make you feel like walking inside a forest cathedral. A
short range of vision in any direction, -- yes, you are in a
jungle. Eerie silence broken by unknown squeals and animal noises
from the distance; strange music of the tropical forest symphony
orchestra. Near the waterfall, hidden in the jungle, you may
enjoy the cooling effect by bathing on the rocks of the falls
running water flow.. How refreshing and invigorating as you
must prepare for your return trek through the jungle.
After a "primitive"
shower in your bungalow take a short walk to the river. You
may watch long-tailed Monkeys arriving from their hidden jungle
locations to feast on the fruits laid out by the restaurant.
This is your only opportunity to see these wild monkeys up close.
Monkeys feed themselves in their environment. It took a lot
of hope and patience by the restaurant people to get the monkeys
to show themselves to YOU!

Don’t wander off into the jungle.

Day two
Full breakfast of
your choice in the resort restaurant.
A short bus ride
to view the Fish Cave under the protection of Wat Tham Pla.
Here you will start
an incredible journey. You choose:
- Kayak with paddling
guide or
- Bamboo Raft with
two rafting guides.
Return to Khao Sok
for late lunch.
Pack up and check
out of your bungalow.
Your Nature Adventure
in the pristine Rainforest of Southern Thailand has reached
its conclusion.
You will stop for
a coffee/restroom break on your civilized journey back into
the modern environment of your hotel.
Your memories
will stay with you for a long time. You

What to bring;
Comfortable walking
