a native elephant "Mahout" from Thailand's Surin province,
where the world-renowned annual elephant round-up takes place.
Mr Samian descends from the famous Suay
or Gul tribe, who are renowned for their natural affinity
with the elephant. Ask him any questions and he'll be delighted
to tell you all about these magnificent beasts.
